Dr. Elima Jedy-Agba is a Research Scientist at the International Research Center of Excellence. She participates in research proposal writing and works with other researchers, to apply for research grants.
She supports new researchers by liaising with the Data Management Unit to provide trainings on research methodology and the use of various statistical and referencing software in clinical research.
She has been actively involved in improving the national cancer control response through liaison with the Federal Ministry of Health and other international partners to develop the Nigerian National System of Cancer Registries, and has facilitated several national and international trainings on cancer registration and cancer control. Dr. Jedy-Agba has over ten years of medical and research experience working on several research projects; most recently as Coordinator and Investigator on the Nigerian Integrative Epidemiology of Breast Cancer (NIBBLE) Study and Project Coordinator on the International Epidemiologic Database for the Evaluation of AIDS (IeDEA) study.
