The Data Unit

The data Unit under IRCE -IHVN provides strong data management, analysis, and visualization support to all projects/studies in IRCE. It is also a training hub for data management, analysis, and visualization.

The unit structure is made up of three sub-units namely: data management and curation, data analysis, and health informatics sub-units.  The unit is currently made up about 32 personnel consisting of 8 well experienced data managers in the use of InForm, DF-Explore and REDCap EDC system for data management; 8 data analysts who perform data analytics for strategic information and decision-making based on patterns, trends, associations, correlations, and causality using Stata, R, SAS, Python statistical software; 2 health informaticians well experienced in developing on c-sharp programming language and PowerBI software solutions; and 14 data assistants/data entry clerks.
