IRCE/IHVN will be holding an Awareness and Sensitization programme at the IHVN campus on February 8 to commemorate World Cancer Day. The Awareness & Sensitization programme will be in 2 parts:
1) An Interactive Session
2) Free Screening Exercise
The Interactive session will include presentation from stakeholders in the cancer sphere, beneficiaries of the IHVN/IRCE cancer research & programmes, and remarks from the president of “Network of People Impacted by Cancer in Nigeria (NePICiN).
The FREE Test & Screening Exercise for IHVN staff and one family member includes Pap Smear, Clinical Breast Exam, Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA), Blood Sugar Level, Body Mass Index (BMI)/ Blood Pressure.
